downloading database from server

My website has database up on POWWEB's server and I would like to download it onto my PC into a text file but I am not sure how to go about it. Can I do it with phpMyAdmin? I have looked

Yes, PHPMyAdmin can dump the schema of a db into a text file. If you want to open/edit a MySQL db in MS Access, goto www.mysql.com and get MyODBC.
