Also I need to know the way to protect my registered domain name form possible legal cause from people or commercial entities that reclaim the ownership of the domain name. I belive I need a Trademark (Since I live in Italy, I belive that this question will fall under EU laws).

should read "just to allow you to choose which map best suits your needs."
