Sister company 15domains.com

I have written "15 domains" support serveral and they will not response. I was transferring one of my domains to "godaddy" and was told my domain was locked and could not be transferred. How do I get "15 domains" to response.

I am writting here as both are owned by same company.

Please advise.

Hi Ernie,

15domains.com uses dotster's backend. They are the actual registar and basically handles everything. If you have problems, go to 15domains.com and click on "Support" and fill out the contact form and someone will get back to you. If not, please email me (andrew@powweb.com) and I'll send you an email address of a contact person.
