OK, I'm a NT guy trying to get Yabb going on POWWEB

I copied all the files over and got an error about permisisons. OK, no prob, I went through and CHMOD per the YABB instructions. Now I get "Page Not Found".

Any thoughts?

Make sure you uploaded the correct files in ASCII and the correct files in Binary.

It's been a while since I set up a Yabb board. If I remember correctly where it says CHMOD 777 try 755 or (maybe it was something else). But I do remember having to do it differently.
