ok, so I just upgraded my vbulletin stuff. Worked fine till I started making a bunch of changes to options and permissions. I get his error:
Database error in vBulletin :
Invalid SQL: SELECT template FROM template WHERE title='options'
mysql error: User 'bfdforums' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 36000)
mysql error number: 1226
