OK GUYS. I DID THIS SITE FOR A ROCK BAND IN LONG BEACH CALI. THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL THEIR CD ON THE NET.
I DIDN'T DESIGN THE FIRST IMAGE YOU SEE ON THE SITE. AND I ALSO DIDN'T DESIGN THE FIRST "POSTER" IMAGE ON THE FIRST FRAMED (PHOTOS) PAGE. OTHER THEN THAT I DID ALL THE GRAPHICS, ANIMATIONS, LAY OUT, FLASH ACTION SCRIPT.

THIS IS NOT THE FINAL VERSION!
ONLY THE BIO PAGE IS DONE, AND THERE IS STILL SOME DEBATE ON THE PHOTO PAGE.
THINGS I KNOW THAT ARE WRONG, THE PRELOAD BAR.
THE TRACK PLAYER DOESN'T ALERT YOU WHEN ITS PRELOADING THE WAY I HOPED IT WOULD. ALSO, THE FIRST TRACK WILL NOT SHOW THE TEXT WILE PLAYING, UNTIL YOU CHANGE TRACKS.
MINOR PROBLEMS AND IF YOU HAVE A SOLUTION, PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I WILL SHARE THE SOURCE FILE OF THE FLASH TRACK PLAYER.

AS THE SITE UPDATES, I WILL BE POSTING ON HERE TO KEEP YOU GUYS INFORMED. IT WILL INCLUDE MP3S TO DOWNLOAD, AND REAL-PLAYER PREVIEW OF THE ALBUM.

The intro is good. I loved it. Wish I could've voted for da bomb one and the get paid one, hehe. BTW, did you get paid on that? I would just work on the page layout, and maybe even do the whole page in flash since you seem good at it.

not a paid site. it was a intership job for my school. i could do a full flash site, but thoughs are worth some $$$ :cool:

Stay away from frames. Don't seem to be working too good for you. Only the Bio link works.

like i said before, this is not the final site, it was something i put together mostly in two weeks. the only page that has be done so far is the bio page. thats why to you it might seem like the rest don't work.

How much do you charge to make logos like that?

no, i'm just kidding. :p that logo was done as part of the whole design package that i'm doing for the DFD band. i came up with the idea for the emblem, and then i made the first version using Swift 3D, for the flash stuff on the site.
then that last logo pic you see with the fire was done using 3D Max.

since that logo is being used for commercial use, and they plan on selling CDs with it, i would change anywhere from $2,000-$5,000, just for the logo design; mostly cause it was done using 3D applications. if it was a bit more simple, and i just had to use Photoshop, or Illustrator to do it, then the price would be cheaper.

if you ask this because your interested in having me do one for you, and you just have a small site you run, mostly for fun, or as a hobby. i would do a cool logo for you pretty cheap. anywhere from $20-$50. depending on what you wanted, and how fast you wanted it. i would also do a banner, and a few other things such as buttons and ads. then again, just depends on what you want.

Looks good in Mozilla 800x600. You've misspelt Broadband but it's nice you give the option and that there is an option to skip the Flash intro. I like the chromium look of the graphics. I have no problem with the frames. A nice design.

oh yeah. it is miss spelled. thanks for pointing that out.

that is the new site layout i just got done doing last week. it's not the one people have been voting on and viewing the last month. the other one i admit was not the best, i made it kinda in a hurry (2 weeks). this new one was made in about the same time, but was not rushed.

how are the song clips loading? do they take a wile??

Yes the songs take a while to download but then all multimedia does on a modem. Now broadband is taking off, it will be less of a problem.

most of the delays are do to issues with the band.
