Didn't really get to look at your page due to the multiple pop-up ads and Gator wanting to install some garbage...
I took a peek at your site yesterday, from one of your other posts.
I only stuck around long enough to notice that you have too much white space on your front page - and TOO MANY popups for me to ever go back again.
your site is in great deficit. While I was on your site, my pop-up guard detected 33 cookies and my SpyGuard detected Gator trying to self install four times. Most of your "links" are faux or broken. Perhaps I just caught your site at a bad time. The black and dark blue verbiage on the left side of your home page is not very distinguishable but in keeping with your other site design elements. If this is your first site design I suggest you try again. If it is not your first site design I suggest you try again. There is a lot of help available in this forum but you must first eliminate the Gator and pop-ups.

it is good to know that it's not just me that looks for them pesky apps

but Gator still got me. Gator downloaded and installed faster than my Spy-Watch could detect and delete. I first did a global search for IEGator.dll, I use the IE browser, I then did a global search for gator and found it's log and .br file. If anyone visited the above site and think they did not get hit I suggest you check.

I would go and check your IE security settings - someone/thing has over-ridden them. Gator CANNOT install without active participation on the users part. What version of IE are you using?
Gator didn't even try and install when I checked the site.
On the other complaints (pop-ups etc) I didn't get any of these in Opera, Mozilla or IE6. A couple of comments about the front page:
The links on the links bar down the left aren't links, and the animated gif is 250k big. That should be about 6k as a bit of flash!
"Link coming soon" doesn't look too cool on the top bar, and the forums page is a 404.
And finally, on the web services page, does anyone notice anything odd about the following bit of text:
We will sell domains in a while when we have a server. Hopefully by May we will be selling domains at the most reasonable price you will ever see! You can sign up on our waiting list to get your domain name first, but we are not sure when we will have the server running.
Waiting List for domain
email admin@powweb.com to be on the waiting list to get your domains first. Include you name and the domain name you wish. That is all the information we need at this moment. As time progresses we will collect more information, but we will never collect anything personal to you.

I dropped by and found no pings from popups and gator (a good thing).
From a pure marketing angle, if you're going to sell ringtones and any other product, don't try to capitalize on popups and gator crap-ware. You either need a product that someone will pay for or a real, valid reason to visit and put up with the popups and other apps your sending down the pipe. The responses that you've seen above are not atypical, they are the responses that most time sensitive consumers have.
If you fix the broken links and general layout (white space, bunched up text, etc) it would be steps in the right direction. I guess I would only add that it is unapparent when you land on your frontpage, what it is that you do. Without the post in this thread, I wouldn't have immediately known. Without a more cohesive layout and eye-friendly design, I wouldn't have stayed to purchase.
My two cents. If at first you don't succeed, try try again. Good luck.
black text on blue background on the left is kinda hard to read. & maybe have 1 font size?
