FTP: left side without all my files?

When i'm using FTP and the box pulls up, does anyone know why all of my files are not listed on the left side? i'm new to this so i still don't know how to send a page (say one deep within my site) over to the server.

any feedback?

Perhaps this post is a little late in coming, and hopefully you have the problem resolved by now, but which files have you noticed are not appearing?

If your using WS_FTP, by default it will open its own directory on the left hand side. Just click your way to the appropriate directory and viola, your files will be there. :)

You can also edit what directory you want WS_FTP to start with depending on the “profile” you choose. This can be done under the “Start Up” tab when you first launch WS_FTP.
