online chat sites?

I have a powweb website and I am looking for a place to hold online chats periodically with my customers. Any suggestions? I use a free chat site now that has lots of popup ads. I'm looking for a site that anyone can access from a web browser and not have to install chat software.

why not just go with a forum, unlike a chat service the messages are kept in relevant areas, nothing worse than watching 6 people trying to have 3 conversations on a chat site !!
