Renewal

Hello. :)

I wasn't exactly sure where to put this, and I'm sure that any user can help me.

I have been with Powweb since last year, and my yearly renewal date for my website package is coming up on May 30th. I noticed in OPS that it said if I didn't change the type of package (quarterly, bi-yearly) before my renewal date, that it will be automatically renewed.

I'd just like to verify that it will be automatically renewed or whether I will have to manually enter OPS and renew it myself.

If your web hosting package is not set to "non-renew", it will be automatically renewed using the credit information you have under your accounting tab.

The only thing you have to manually renew is your domain name.

forewarned is forearmed...

Last year when my site was about a month out from renewing, I wanted to make sure, be sure, confirm, re-confirm, etc., that it would renew as expected (I'm a pessimist. You know, I'm the one that always has the half "empty" glass) :)

A quick email off to winnie, calmed all my fears. All my info in the OPS page was correct with regard to credit card, address, etc. She did the renew for me and I was one happy camper :)

I'd go ahead and slide an email towards billing@powweb.com and let them know that you are ready to make the next year payment and want them to "hand hold you through it".
