Diamond Plate Effect

I had a client that needed me to get this effect for them. So I sat down one night and tried to figure out how to recreate it in photoshop. Hopefully I took some good notes as to how I created it so I can add it to some of the tutorials links I saw in the sticky.

Anyways see what you all think. Did I get the effect that I was looking for? I think it came out pretty good.
