I'm trying to get started. I followed the directions for turning on FrontPage Extensions, but when I click on the FrontPage logo as directed, I get a "this page cannot be displayed" message instead of the pop up box that they describe.
I also tried to upload a page that I created in FrontPage with FTP. I put it in the hotdocs folder, but I can't access it through my browser.

Hi Queen
This is your domain name correct?
http://queenbeema.com/
In OPS you tried to install the Frontpage extensions and got an error message...correct?
Then you uploaded with FTP to the htdocs folder. Did you upload an index.htm or html file?
When you login with FTP do you see "_vti" folders. There will be several with a variation of this "_vti". Those will be the Frontpage extensions. If you don't see those folders Fronpage extensions did not get installed.

Yeah, that's the problem. I can't get them installed. I still get thi message "The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed. " when I click on the FrontPage logo.

Ok...they seem to be having problems with the auto install of the FP ext.
Email support@powweb.com tell them you have tried to install the ext. Support will manually install them for you.

Thanks, I'll do that.
I e-mailed them and got an e-mail back saying they were aware of the problem and their techs were working on it. BUt they didn't manually install them. How long should I wait? Is there anything else to try?
