Newbie Help needed

hi, hope someone can help me with the following:

1) How do I check how much space I had utilise?

2) I had uploaded favicon.ico into the htdocs directory, but when I bookmarked, I do not see the icon. Why?

3) How do I remove webusers under my package?

4) Lastly, anyone knows of a free and good 'rate it' script (those 5 stars type would be ideal!)

1. Log into OPs (https://ops.powweb.com/) then go to the "Packages" tab, then click on "FTP". It will tell you how much disk space you're using.

2. Your pretty little blue H is showing up fine for me. If you are using Internet Explorer, it sometimes has a snit about showing the favicons. Sometimes it helps to delete the bookmark and do it again.

3. I can't answer this one, have never had more than just 1 webuser for my accounts.

4. You might try checking at Hot Scripts (http://www.hotscripts.com/)

go to ops, then go to your package.

If it's an FTP user, go to the FTP tab and the username should have a "remove" next to it. If it's a POP account, that has a remove next to it as well. Remove them from any they're a part of. Once they are neither FTP or POP users, go to the user tab. Click on the user's name, and you should have an option to delete. The delete option isn't there if the user is assigned to either POP or FTP, so you have to remove them from both of those first.

Kinda goofy, but that's how it appears to be working.
