I was wondering if Powweb allows you to upload video. Can I? I kind of need to. So, I can get my site working. I am using frontpage.
Sure, as long as you have permission of the copyright holder to distribute the video over the web. You also need to keep in mind file space and bandwidth limits of your package - videos tend to be large.
As far as FrontPage is concerned, the video itself is just a file. If you want a page to invoke a player, then you'll need the appropriate <embed> tag - I haven't used FP in years, but I'd expect it has some support for adding a "play video" control. There's a FrontPage section of this forum where you can gel help from other FP users.

Yup... one of sites I made video on is at http://www.sellenpaints.com
I uploaded the video via FTP and embedded Microsoft player into the web page using netobjects. www.netobjects.com is used to make web sites.
I made the video with my own camera...
