Purchasing a database backup?

Just wondering how I go abouts ordering a database backup (my database was dropped). I emailed you and it's been about 4 days with no response.

Just send an email to billing@powweb.com w/ a clear authorization to charge your account the one time fee of $10 per database dump.

Also include the day you want backed up going back 7 days from your request.
