How do i make ranks for my foums(stars)

How do i make some ranks for my forums.
I have some now, but want to make some so they look like they flash or sparkle. Or if its really easy maybe somebody could make me some? i need 5 1 star, 2 stars, 3 stars 4 stars and 5 stars.

Ya ive seen those but uless i missed something they dont have annimated ranks. sparkle, blink something like that
