Configuring Webstats

I am trying to configure my webilizer to show php3 files as page views, but the conf file is way different from the example that I see on the website.

How do I edit it to add php3 to the page view type?

They can configure it to turn my account off when it reaches 2GB, but no one can tell me how to configure the webstats so I can change the pagetypes.
