Hey guys... any one else on this server have problems over the last few days? Or anyone else have major downtime? (4 Days). I had on my site, airport-tkd.com. When it finally came back, all my files/data was gone. Am I the only one!? Please say it anit so!!

It's a problem known to powweb. It happened to me a week ago. They are not being too friendly about dealing with it, so you may be on your own. I had to reinstall the frontpage extensions as well as all my files. A hard drive crash at home lost my backupsof my cgi-bin, so I asked if they could restore an old copy from powweb's backups. Here was the reply:

We do run backups, but we don't guarantee we have an archive of the files. As
stated in our policy:

Back-Up Files: PowWeb will make every reasonable effort to protect and backup
data for Client on a regular basis, however PowWeb does not guarantee the
existence, accuracy, or regularity of its backup services and, therefore,
client is solely responsible for independent backup of data stored on
Providers server and network.
