creating additional ftp users

i've set up a new user/name and password, created a directory and i think i have it good to go. what do i need to do to access it. i can access my main account without problems but it dosn't recognize my new user name and pass. does info take time to get created on the server or am i missing something?

Hi Veruca,

Well, I created an FTP user and checked it right after: it didn't work. I went back some time later (maybe 20 minutes, I don't remember) and it worked.

If the ftp user is shown in your OPS, than it should work some time after, no special operation needed.
