Can you have one account but two domains?

Let me explain better.

I have a site now at www.thebandalliance.org


We hardly use any of the resources either space or bandwidth

I have another site I would like to move over that is completely independent of the one above.

Can I do that without effecting my existing website and use it all on same aco**** without paying more money?
