Bandwidth usage monitoring. How?

I was wondering if there is an area on PowWeb that I can check my current bandwidth usage for the month when I need to? Or if its even possible to somehow get an email once a week or telling me the amount of bandwidth I've used.

Log into OPs (http://ops.powweb.com/), click on "Packages" then the "HTTP" tab. You will see your total bandwidth usage for the past 30 days.

Bandwidth is measured on a rolling 30 day basis, not month by month.
