My SQL Down ?!

I am on charon and it appears that the MySQL/PHP is not working. It was totally down for the last couple of days. Now part of it is up but most is still down :-(

This very bad and I am loosing visitors because ofit. Please fix it.

I expect someone from Powweb to respond to this! I havent received a reply on an email I sent to support as well!

At those outage ratios, I think PowWeb's mySQL shared server product is good for prototyping. When you get it right, either move it to a PowWeb dedicated server or completely migrate to another service provider who has acceptable uptime.
