color of images distorted

My website uses Snipe as a gallery. The program automatically resizes each image to make thumbnails. It has started distorting the color where one of the primary colors overshadows the image. I am wondering what I could be doing in Photoshop to cause this. I think I have been preparing each image the same way before I load it onto the website. Here are some examples site.

have you tested this problem in more than 1 browser?

the reason I ask is that my IE 6.0 at work does that very thing, but my IE6 at home does not (neither does my opera, netscape(s) or other browsers at either place). IoW, are you sure it's a graphic problem and not a browser rendering problem?

I tried it with Netscape 7 with the same results............... I have always used the same browser and it just started happening recently. :( sometimes red sometimes blue.
