I am a relatively new web author using NetObjects Fusion 7.0 and PowWeb. What is involved in setting up and publishing a webcam at a place of business. I'm thinking of something like a quality surveilance camera that would have ip/ftp capability. I have no idea the bandwidth or traffic implications or how to set it up. Is it as simple as pointing to the ftp address with a broadband link? Are there any references I could research? Thank you.

Your typing looks familiar...
This may be better answered in "computer help" but..

A 24/7 webcam with image logging on will use heaps of bandwidth. You can avoid maxing your transfer limit by storing on a remote site. Watchdog among others will do this. the playback features through MP will kill a dial up connection but for cable users well worth the $80us.
