(310)-278-8926 called that from Canada (lmao @ tax writeoff) and the dude that answered the phone said it is not any website but it is Pow Web reworking it to make sure it runs properly. So I am somewhat relieved that they are doing what they can. Computers fail all the time. Thats my way of looking at it for now.

BTW - the representative actually talks with you, not "at" you. lol.. they are as frustrated as we are. He actually sounded like he needed a double CC & coke :D

yea I was going to rip apart my site as well, even though I am a newbie to this mysql and post nuke, then I got the idea to uhm,, <!-- read the T.O.S --> again. Then the light bulb clicked well I am not breaking any rules at all, so lets whois on Pow Web and I got the phone number,, yea all this craziness made me think to much trying to figure it out, but if it was an actual users problem they would either email you, put a custom error page saying contact them or probally even phone you.

Stressful though huh ? :D

very stressful,mostly because it was working fine yesterday--I've been wrestling with this new forum all weekend and finally got it working then this happened and I was like ...now what???
They didn't happen to give an estimate on down time did they?

:o ahh, I was happy with the phone call so I forgot. But they should be back up soon. I assume with the numbers adding up on the free Mysql ad on they were a little over-whelmed by the responce.

I was working late around 3:30 AM PST and suddenly i got hung screen then 404 then script error 88 = unable to connect to db.

So.... guess we wait and see. Still not up at 10:15AM PST
