Help ordering new package

I want to order a new package through the OPS. After selecting a package, it asks me to select a Domain Name. Do I need this domain name before I order the new website or will it register and bill me for the new domain during the process?

I'd suggest you use a registrar like Domainsite.com or GoDaddy.com. They are generally cheaper and I find I'm able to control my DNS completely.
