Secure Connection Preventing Login?

I'm at home and just got a cable modem. Anyways, I'm not able to log in to my account. My computer is telling me that I can't establish a secure connection and I'm wondering if that's why I'm not able to get in?

Do you mean you're trying to log into the Member Operations panel? It does require a secure (https) connection. Works fine for me (and a cable modem has nothing to do with it.)

What browser and version are you using? Can you access other secure sites? (try https://www.paypal.com)

A) Using this cable modem for the first time.

B) Using a Mac for the first time in 10 years

What browser: IE, Safari, Camino?

Sounds like you're not using a browser with 128 bit encrypton. Most secure sites require that your browser have that level of security. Check your browser and if necessary, simply update it, whether ot not you're using IE or Netscape, shouldn't be an issue.
