How would you do a reflection image. Like lets say you have a image and in the reflection of a lake you have a totaly different image?

What image are you trying to reflect? Some programs have a "water look" that you can give images. Then all you would have to do is play with it a little.

I was trying to take a Susuki Z-400 on the origional image and a KFX-400 on the reflection, its for a logo for a website

If your using Paint Shop Pro/PSP, copy your object to an area twice it's size, Image : Flip the original, copy and paste to the 2x area as a "new selection". PSP also has Image : Mirror and Image : rotate. You can then apply various blurs for effect. I'm sure Photo Snot has something similar.
