Chat at my website

How would I set up a chat on my website. I have an account with POWWEB.

I dont work for PowWeb :p so i dont know if they allow running chat scripts, just see their TOS

I cannot get it to work. I recieve a 500 internal error. I looked it up in the FAQ and found it but I cannot figure out how to do it.

How in the world do you do that? I know I am learning yet so be patient with me:)
I know it says to change in the directory. I save it and it does not work ( I do hit the save button) Where do you change it at? I can't find where at before I upload it to the server. Can you change it after it is on the server? I use WS_FTP95. Please help.
If this is fixed and works is it the same as putting a forum and other things on the server.

right click the file then u can chmod

Just read the "read me" file of the chat script your are installing

and if you are yet getting errors, post them ;)

Heh, I was always too lazy to read those damn files. I just started hitting buttons until the damn thing worked... prolly not the most efficient way to do it, but it gets there after a while.
