I hate how Ops can be so confusing at times... I've clicked on every damn Tab and I can't find anything to do with MySQL... I just want to get to it! :p

It's under packages. There should be a MySQL tab.

There isn't. It currently isn't "ordered" for this package. Another package of mine that has it, has the MySQL tab... but this one doesn't

Even if there's a tab I need to go to, to order it or something... I CAN'T FIND IT... I can't even find the WORD itself.... :(

To order it, it's Packages>Billing/Plan

no ops is just badly laid out....
You gotta give credit to PowWeb for writing their own OPS themselves though. :) Most other hosts don't bother and just license somebody else's control panel script.
Still, they should make things like that easier to find. Like for example if you don't have MySQL installed, the MySQL tab should still show up, but it will give you the option to install.

Although I give credit to PW for their custome made CP, I'm used to Plesk which is on the transit site I maintain and that CP is a pleasure to work with.
The advantages that PW's Ops has over Plesk is that you can order domains, upgrade/cancel service, etc.

I like Hsphere, though OPs is pretty good.
I wish that they installed phpmyadmin by default too.
