mysql DB error

In two normally always working sites i keep getting errors right now.

Dont Know but i get this one allot lately.

mySQL query error: SELECT COUNT(DISTINCT(t.tid)) as tcnt, COUNT(DISTINCT(p.pid)) as pcnt FROM ibf_posts p, ibf_topics t WHERE p.post_date > 1038643200 AND p.topic_id=t.tid

mySQL error: Out of memory (Needed 8388580 bytes)

your problem is that you have localhost for the server name it should be server.powweb.com change server to the name of your mysql server name

but, why did they change it?
it definitly worked yesterday with localhost...

maybe thats because no one can tell me how to solve it.
Been going on for about a month.
then it just starts working fine agian.

then it goes back to the same error.
