Why can't I create MySQL users?

I'm having trouble creating users accounts for my MySQL database. I have created the database with no problem, but that I try to create users for that account I get nothing. I type in the user name and the password and click add, but nothing happens. The user name isn't listed in the menu and I can attempt the same user name with a different password multiple times and receive the same result.

Does it just take time for the account to activate?

Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

Any changes to users in the MySQL tab should be immediate. You are only allowed to have 3 users. But if you are unable to add a second user as you describe - you probably need to email support. Are you sure you are not missing a message that says the user name is already taken? The user name needs to be unique to the powweb server you are on.

I get no "unique" message. In fact, I don't even have a first user.

But you have a MySQL tab in your package in OPS, right? That is where you are trying to add the user?

Correct. I paid the $15 for the MySQL service and I'm tyring to add users under the "MySQL" tab in OPS.

Just a heads up for other users. I wasn't using unqie names, but I wasn't getting any error messages. That was the problem. So if ghe same thing that happens to you just keep trying names.
