Mysql Error (Invsionboard users)

mySQL error: Can't open file: 'ibf_sessions.MYI'. (errno: 145)
mySQL error code: 1016

This one has me stumped on what to do.

Any suggestions?

You have a corrupt table. There have been many threads about fixing corrupt tables but this one (http://forum.powweb.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=21598) has good information about how to repair the database.

I tried using MySQLFront, but for some reason can't access the part where it says to repair the database. Will this restore the 6000 posts I lost when the database started having problems?

Easiest way is to enter the Invision Power Board admin center. go to MySQL toolbox, select ibf_sessions and use "repair"

I tried to repair through the admin panel first. It didn't work. Then, I tried to repair the tables through phpMyAdmin. THAT didn't work. It didn't work any way I tried...:(
