Step 5 warning messages - installation apparently fails

I started the installation process for osCommerce for my website at http://www.thecountrylife.com. Everything appears to be going well, and then I receive warning messages in step 2.

The next thing I know when I attempt to access administration tools or the catalog, I get MySQL error messages.

Has anyone had a similar problem installing osCommerce? Does anyone have a solution?

I re-installed... slightly changing my configuration, and got it to work the second time around.

I had to install 3 times here, but the program is great....if I wouldn't exceed my 3600 questions by deleting ONE catigory (Yes thats the only action I performed to do exceed it):(
