mysql 02 down

ok man why dise this happen. My website is opening tomorrow. and mysql goes down today. my site runs on mysql. if thats down, my sites down. the news runs on mysql. Files. tips, hints you name it. fix this powweb, i need it up by 11 pm pacific.
