Im login to OPS, check FTP, I found:

Status active
Quota 650 MB
Used N/A MB
Server Hostname mars.powweb.com

And I can't login to edit my site because this issue?
I did check the disk space, before 10PM last night (071103), and I 'till have more than 30mb....Why empty now?

I don't know why it has 0Mb in OPS but your site http://www.truc-dao.com/ is certainly up. What are you trying to log in/edit with exactly ?

Oh I see Frontpage :rolleyes: Mars is experiencing problems. Have a look in Announcements forum. Then go make a cuppa. When it's stable again reload your site if you're still having trouble.

I made a major update to my site this morning. I just checked it-- the site comes up fine, but none of this morning's updates are there. It looks like they restored it from a backup. It also won't let me log in to ftp, presumably because they're working on it.

So that's what they mean by "increased performance" on the new server, right?

Time to go to sleep and hope they've fixed things by morning.

My problem is same like Ted problem...!
I try to login to FTP (I using Frontpage) to edit and update my site
The FTP refuse my password, then won't let me in....!
I had so many problem since they (Powweb) update the server
(Midnight/last night)....Before that time everythign work fine,,,so good.....What can I say...!
