i had this problem for my first web and i had friend could fix it for me but this time i am by my self is there anyone can help me thru my first upload i dont even know what is the problem but i install front pace extension to the site and upload the index.htm it is still not up there anyone could look at it www.wildcat-usa.com

I am asuming this is a second website as your friend fixed your first. In either case it would help if you let us know what program you are uploading with. Also It may take some time for a new account to be active depending on payment method.

EDIT:
log onto OPS for this account and look at history. You should find an email from powweb confirming your account is setup with the ftp server + password info you need to upload files. Fill in the info (in frontpage or whatever) before you try to publish to the web. Then send. The new page (your index.htm) should appear when you get it right.

I think janberk is using MS FrontPage - hence the reference to FrontPage Extensions. I have never used the FP extensions so don't know how they're used in publishing a site.

i ve checked history i had 2 mails saying payment has been made and order confirmation number.
what i can see from the pakege it shows that i have log in and everything is active and as i said i have install the
i used ws-ftp95 le for uploading the index.htm created in front page
