Nice clean basic design. However, the links tend to blend in a bit with the text, while the text is pretty much readable.

Hi Atomic,

I have to agree with Mannic. Nothing wrong with using dark colors just don't make it hard for you visitor to read your text.

On your other site with frames you might use percent instead of absolute widths in your tables to get rid of horizontal scroll bar.

I love the nav in a box. That's to cool!
