mysql03.powweb.com having issues

Is anyone else experiencing trouble on mysql03.powweb.com?

My php board is encountering a really odd error. It shows that you're not logged in, but won't allow you to log in. Just comes back to the same login screen. If you leave and come back a little later, all is fine.

I have another site using mysql02.powweb.com with the same php board installed there. It's not having any issues. All is fine.

Just curious to see if others were experiencing anything similar.
