What did you do to Pluto???

This is the second time in two weeks that Powweb has screwed up something with the pluto server!

Last week, you somehow disable the cgi from working!

Today (within the last hour) you've dropped my site and all that appears is some bulls4!t generic www.extremedc.com web page!

I checked via FTP and all of my stuff is there! So, what did you do?

My first 30 days isn't up yet! I can still get a refund!!! This is no way to do business!

There was a problem with our apache web server on Pluto earlier and it was resolved with 10 minutes. Your website is coming up now. We just did an upgrade to a new system which now enables to you create multiple FTP accounts for different users. We will be monitoring the server heavily. Sorry for the inconvenience.
