How can I delete this file from directory

I had a typing error when I tried to back up my database. so the backup file was saved inside my forum directory and not the root .

If I could delete it, this wouldn't be a problem, but I could not delete or even rename it . nothing !!

I see a small hand before the file name which made me suspicious that this could be a "sharing" sign???

please any idea how to delete this file, I've attached a picture of how this file looks like in my ftp handler window.

Did you try through your IE browser yet ?

I don't know how to do that through IE browser.

Regarding poweb support. as you know they don't usually answer customers' messages. I have sent them several messages and I am still waiting for answers for months now.

Please I need help from customers who have gone through similar problem since there is no technical support in powweb.
