POP User Account Names

Do POP user account names have to be unique within Powweb's system? For example, if my domain name is acme.com and I want a sales@acme.com e-mail account, do I have to make the user account something different than sales if another Powweb user has a POP user account called sales?

hello, the user name for the account (the name that logs in to check the mail) must be a unique name (thru-out all of powweb), but the actual email address name doesnt have to be. example: i can have an address 'sales@mydomain.com' and you can have an address 'sales@yourdomain.com', but the user names to log into those email accounts must be unique.
