setting up database

I would like to load data into a new database. The database is completely empty. When I go into phpMy admin, the blank database is there but I do not see how to go about and load the tables etc. How do I do it.

You would use a tool such as phpMyAdmin or MySQL-Front. If you need more help, ask in the MySQL section of this forum.
