Bandwidth Suspension ??

OK I GET that my site was suspended due to excessive bandwidth usage last week ... but how LONG is it suspended?? Its still down. I didn't realize the pics I posted would get the viewing they did so I didn't expect the problem. Now I know. What do I have to do to get my website back now? Thanks.
