I am a SprintPCS customer. When I log on to view my account on my computer, I keep getting prompted for my username and password, and cannot view my account info. I can log on using my wifes computer and have no problem viewing my account. I looked for something that was configured in my security preferences but didn't see any. Is there some place else I should be looking?
