Adding FTP users

I added a new ftp user, then I clicked on the ftp tab to set the specific directory they could use. It was bgat

I then ftp'd a test file. Then I logged onto ftp with the master account. I thought bgat would be a subdirectory of htdocs (where I thought all web content was to go.)
But bgat was in the base directory (i.e. bgat was equal in position to htdocs and cgi-bin)

My domain name isn't propagated yet so from my browser I
did http://domaincom.powweb.com/bgat The test file didn't load.

Help please. I have four users waiting for ftp instructions.

When you specified the home directory in OPS, you probably typed in 'bgat' as the home directory, but you needed to type in

htdocs/bgat

Change it in OPS and this should fix it.
