I set up this account, under the pretext that Aplustraining.net had been registered, by me, and all was well. Now I find out that this was never the case and that domain has been taken. Unfortunately, all of my information is listed under aplustraining.net and now I have registered the domain name aplustraining.info. How do I switch all of my information (ie smtp info) to my new registration, aplustraining.info without having to pay the $25 for an additional domain pointing? God I hate being a noob!

Contacting support... will probably take care of it....
Yes this is their board... and they visit it occasionally.... but account issues should be directed to Support.... or billing....
sounds as if they can handle this easily.....
PowWeb makes no guarantees as to domain registration. There are times that someone else is able to register the domain prior to PowWeb requesting this domain for you.
If this is within the first 30 days, and no domain has been set for your account (when viewed through OPS), you should be able to add one to your account free of charge.
Within OPS, under Packages Tab you'll find "Domains".
