I just uploaded some files to my share. However, I don't know how I can view it.

I have not changed my domain name to route to PowWeb yet.

I simply want to view it by the ip address\folder.

Does anyone know how I can do that?

Try using the temp address that emailed to you from PowWeb. If you no longer have this email, a copy is available under the History tab in OPS.

I uploaded an index.htm file to the root, but I still haven't found a way to view it yet.

Did you upload the index file into the htdoc directory? I tried to pull up index.htm and index.html file via your URL and found nothing. Make sure to upload the file to the htdocs directory.

I agree. You'll need to make sure that all files you want visible via the web need to be placed inside the htdocs folder. Have you recieved an email stating your account has been setup or will be setup in 30 minutes?

Yes, I did receive confirmation that my web will be up in 30min.

Anyhow, when I went to up load my index.htm I noticed the root was complete empty. Went to the FAQ section and realized I needed to create a subfilder called htdocs. I did that and moved my index file in there. Still no luck...

Do I need to create the other 3 'default' folders?

You need to write to support@powweb.com about this. Those default folders will be created automatically when your setup is complete.

I didn't even have to send Pow any emails. Somebody is doing something....

I just checked and the directories just appeared.
