Pulsar down.

As I see the server has gone down for about 30 seconds starting at 9:16 PM EST, and ending somewhere before 9:17 PM EST. During this time no websites where accessible and I got a Unable to resolve target system name pulsar.powweb.com. from a traceroute.

Just asking, what went down?

Pulsar was not down in any way. Run a traceroute next time you "think" a web server is down and send it to support@powweb.com please.

as I said in my post, I ran a tracert and it came with
Unable to resolve target system name pulsar.powweb.com. from a traceroute.

I'm not stupid, I also tried other people, and some web proxies. I KNOW it was down, or at least http wasn't accesible for about 30 seconds to a minute.

If it was unable to resolve pulsar.powweb.com then doesn't that mean that some link in the connections between you and Powweb was broken? If pulsar was down wouldn't it resolve the address but not get a response? Pulsar might have been up without you being able to connect to it.

all of our users lost access, I'm pretty sure thats a good sign that it wasn't accesible.
