I am trying to setup a page that anyone can fill out and send me their questions and comments. I dont care if it is emailed to me or is uploaded to a file that I can veiw. how would i do this when I click subit it goes to http://www.bmkenterprises.com/--WEBBOT-SELF-- what do I need to setup to be able to do this?
